Resident & Family Services: Basic Needs are Foundational

The residents who come to MLCS for services every day are a testament to the successful results of our programs and the trust established by our organization since its inception in 2007. MLCS staff reflects the economically and ethnically diverse population who lives at Maverick Landing, understands the cultures of the residents, and recognizes the needs of each generation in the families living at Maverick Landing.

A wide range of family services and assistance is available through case management. Resident service staff provides assistance with:

  • Child Care referral, voucher support/linkages
  • SNAP/food stamp application
  • Accessing health insurance
  • SSI/SSDI support
  • Housekeeping counseling & support
  • Job search referral
  • Resume preparation
