Maverick Landing Community Services (MLCS) is a multi-service organization in the heart of the Maverick Landing housing development in East Boston. We do this by offering wrap around resident services, adult education classes such as ESOL and digital literacy, robust youth and family programming, weekly food distributions, and housing advocacy and support.

This role will work with young people ages 14-21, acting as a trusted mentor, coordinating workshops and other program deliverables, creating schedules, and facilitating youth team huddles. Likewise, youth host weekly kickbacks on Fridays, where kids in the neighborhood can drop in and engage in fun, hands-on activities. The youth coordinator will report to our executive director and will have one part-time junior adult staff reporting to them.
