🌟 Ken Peruzzi’s Journey to Stable Housing 🌟
Ken Peruzzi, a 67-year-old veteran from Boston, spent years struggling with unstable housing and rising rents. With the support of his housing specialist, Paige, he finally found a stable home in Winthrop.
“It’s changed my life, this sense of security, like I can exhale… It’s like getting a big foot off my back. I was just living day to day with no real purpose, but now I’m trying to make things happen.”
Ken’s story shows how stable, affordable housing can restore security, dignity, and hope for the future. |

After more than five months of creativity, community, and cultural exchange, the presence of Ñ Press at Maverick Landing Community Services (MLCS) will close for the season at the end of October.
Since its opening, Ñ Press has hosted countless workshops, risograph printing sessions, and art events that have brought neighbors together to celebrate art, language, and community.
