Our ESOL Program helps adult learners build the English language skills needed to succeed at work, at home, and in the community. We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced English classes, along with instruction in civic education, access to public resources, online learning tools, and workforce development to help participants achieve their personal, educational, and career goals.

Technology is essential for work, education, and everyday life. Through our Digital Literacy Program, MLCS partners with Transformational Prison Project (TPP) and Mutual Aid Eastie to help immigrant neighbors and individuals re-entering the community after incarceration build the digital skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s connected world.

Our Workforce Development Program helps community members build the skills and confidence needed to achieve meaningful employment. Through a combination of ESOL classes, Digital Literacy training, and career-focused workshops, participants gain the tools to succeed in today’s workforce. We also provide personalized support with resume writing, job searches, interview preparation, and career planning, helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and reach their professional goals.
