Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the MLCS text messaging program. By sending a text message to the MLCS Grab & Go Produce number or otherwise opting into the service, you consent to receive SMS messages from MLCS in accordance with these Terms.

2. Program

The MLCS SMS program allows participants to pre-order affordable produce, artisan bread, or both, and to select Thursday, Friday, or Saturday pickup. Participants begin the process by sending a text message to the MLCS program number.

3. Consent

By initiating a text conversation, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive transactional and operational SMS messages related to your participation.

4. Message Types

Messages may include order confirmations, pickup reminders, inventory updates, responses to participant inquiries, customer service communications, operational notices, and limited program announcements directly related to MLCS services. MLCS does not require SMS consent as a condition of receiving services.

5. Frequency

Message frequency varies based on participant activity and orders.

6. Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

7. Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to discontinue SMS messages. A final confirmation message may be sent. To resume participation, you must opt in again.
